Returns

 

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it with the entire original Papa Razzi tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and a refund refused.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Your purchase should be returned to us within the 28 days of receiving your order.

Returns outside of this period are accepted at the discretion of Pronto Moda Global Limited.

Once your return is received, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be credited to the original method of payment with 10 working days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account.

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at zoe.halfon@papa-razzi.co.uk and send your item to: Pronto Moda Global Limited, Unit 43 Millennium Business Centre, Humber Road, London NW2 6DW

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product in the original packaging to: Pronto Moda Global Limited, Unit 43 Millennium Business Centre, Humber Road, London NW2 6DW

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item to us, we advise that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Faulty goods

We at Pronto Moda Global Limited wish to offer the best quality stock and customer service. If, after receipt of your goods you find any faults or incorrect items, we will arrange either a refund or a replacement product. Customers must notify Pronto Moda Global Limited of any returns within 20 days from the date you receive the ordered product and proof of purchase will be required. Goods are classified faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 20 days of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.

 

Colours

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on the website, as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a colour will be completely accurate.
